How Does It Work?
Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible. We always start with a free in home, or online, assessment to see what your needs are and if we can help. If you decide you'd like to move forward, you complete some basic paperwork, and we would begin preliminary training shifts. Once you are happy with the selected staff, your schedule is set, and you can enjoy your tailor-made homecare.

Here, you meet a member of our team, who will create a free in-home assessment, determine if we have the ability to meet your needs, and answer any questions.
Step 2:
Complete the paperwork
Fill out some basic information, and payment details. We do not require you to sign up for a minimum amount of time, so there is no contractual obligation. We are here to help, not to lock you in!
Step 3:
Meet your Caregivers.
Next, we will introduce you to our hand selected staff. We will begin the training process, getting your feedback along the way to make sure everything is a good fit.
Step 4:
Enjoy Your Homecare
Now that everything is in place, you can relax knowing you are in good hands. Remember, we are always here, should you require any changes or updates to your care plan or caregivers.
FAQs
Do you offer personalized care plans?
Yes. Each patient is unique and therefore requires a personalized care plan. We have a registered nurse come to your home in order to meet you, assess the living situation, answer any questions, and create a personal care plan which they go over with you.
What sets your home care agency apart from others?
We have been operating in Winnipeg for over 20 years. While other agencies come and go, we have stood the test of time. We have done this by being reasonable, fair and honest. It isn’t flashy, but it means we have built trust within the community.
We initially send in a Registered Nurse to create the care plan. Once the care plan is in place, we encourage open communication with our patients, so they can let us know at any time if the care plan requires an adjustment or update. Email, phone, or text, all works for us!

What is your policy for replacing a caregiver if we are not satisfied?
Our policy is, if you are not happy with a caregiver, we will find you a caregiver that works for you. Simple as that.
